Seekr Technologies Inc. (Seekr), a leading U.S.-based trusted artificial intelligence company, has entered into a multi-year commercial partnership with Norway’s Fossefall AS, a clean-energy AI infrastructure firm. This collaboration aims to accelerate the rollout of sovereign, renewable-powered AI capacity across Europe an essential move as the continent seeks both digital sovereignty and energy efficiency.
Across Europe, industrial electricity prices frequently surpass USD 0.15 per kWh. In contrast, Northern Norway’s NO4 region driven nearly 100% by renewable hydropower offers energy prices averaging just 10 øre per kWh (approximately USD 0.009), according to Statistics Norway and Nordpool data. With its cool climate, robust renewable resources, and stable political landscape, Norway has become a strategic location for high-density AI operations. Moreover, Fortune Business Insights projects that Europe’s AI infrastructure market will expand at a CAGR of 28.3% from 2024 to 2032, reaching USD 16.86 billion by 2025.

Through this partnership, Seekr and Fossefall will merge cutting-edge enterprise AI software with one of Europe’s lowest-cost, clean-energy infrastructures. Together, they plan to execute a multi-million-dollar collaboration in phases. During Phase 1, Seekr will reserve AI capacity for the initial 36 months, while Fossefall will introduce an AI cloud service offering through a revenue-sharing and reseller agreement with Seekr. Both companies expect to finalize definitive commercial terms by the end of the year.
Fossefall will construct and operate AI factories in Norway and Sweden, integrating power generation, energy storage, and AI capacity within a single value chain. The company has already secured key powered land sites and is actively developing multiple projects across the Nordic region. By 2030, Fossefall aims to exceed 500 megawatts (MW) of operational AI capacity. Seekr’s enterprise-grade AI platform, SeekrFlow, will serve as the operating system for these AI factories, enabling the training and deployment of secure, explainable, and high-performance AI solutions that meet the governance standards required by enterprises and governments.

The accompanying SeekrFlow license expands our capability beyond hardware, allowing us to deliver complete, trusted AI factories ready for enterprise deployment.”
Rob Clark, President of Seekr, added, “The structure of our agreement with Fossefall, both as an investor and customer, allows us to meet the insatiable demand for accurate, explainable and sovereign enterprise AI in Europe. Fossefall provides a strong infrastructure foundation, powered by clean energy and designed for performance. This allows us to deliver the best pricing and performance for SeekrFlow enterprise AI customers, whether they’re training models, performing inference, or deploying agents from our extensive library of pre-built, industry-ready applications.”
Ultimately, this partnership underscores a growing shift toward sustainable and sovereign AI infrastructure. By combining Seekr’s AI innovation with Fossefall’s renewable-powered facilities, the two companies are paving the way for Europe’s next generation of trusted, energy-efficient AI ecosystems.
