Robo.ai Inc., a leader in global smart technology solutions, has officially signed a final joint venture agreement with JW Group and Ferox Investments L.L.C. to establish Robo.ai Industrial City in Dubai Industrial City. This milestone initiative aims to lay a strong industrial and manufacturing foundation for the company’s strategic focus areas: Smart Mobility, Smart City, and Smart Asset.
Strategically positioned near major global trade routes, Dubai Industrial City provides seamless access to Jebel Ali Port, Al Maktoum International Airport, and the Etihad Rail freight terminal. Additionally, it connects efficiently to prominent highways such as Emirates Road and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road. The industrial park offers a mix of industrial land, warehouses, commercial spaces, showrooms, and retail facilities, making it an ideal location for large-scale manufacturing and innovation.

“This collaboration represents a significant leap in Robo.ai’s strategic development,” the company said. With ongoing projects in unmanned electric aircraft, autonomous delivery robots, and other smart devices, Robo.ai faces growing industrial demand. Consequently, advanced manufacturing capacity and integrated supply chain solutions are more critical than ever. The launch of Robo.ai Industrial City aligns seamlessly with the UAE’s ‘We the UAE 2031’ vision to position the country as a global hub for innovation and future technologies.
Under the joint venture, each partner brings complementary strengths to the table. Robo.ai will provide product technology expertise, supply chain integration, and intellectual property. JW Group will contribute essential industrial land, facilities, and local resource support. Ferox Investments L.L.C. will enhance the project with commercial scenario planning, market expansion strategies, and branding services. Collectively, these aligned strategies will foster a collaborative and efficient industrial ecosystem, ensuring the project’s successful implementation.

Robo.ai Industrial City will focus on the production and sales of advanced smart vehicles, including passenger and commercial models, electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, and smart logistics and delivery hardware. Additionally, the facility will support the design, development, and manufacturing of other cutting-edge smart devices, positioning it as a central innovation and manufacturing hub in Robo.ai’s growing business network.
Previously, Robo.ai established RoVTOL, a joint venture dedicated to the global eVTOL market. The new Industrial City will provide the large-scale manufacturing capacity and industrial backbone needed to support RoVTOL and future ventures, creating a closed-loop ecosystem that spans technology research, development, mass production, and global sales.
With this ambitious move, Robo.ai strengthens its commitment to shaping the future of smart technology while leveraging Dubai’s strategic advantages to drive innovation, collaboration, and global market growth.
