Logistics Reply, a specialized company within the Reply group focused on innovative supply chain solutions, has expanded its partnership with global sportswear brand PUMA to further streamline daily logistics operations and elevate user experience through the integration of GaliLEA, an AI-powered assistant developed on the LEA Reply platform.
Building on the successful implementation of the LEA Reply Warehouse Management System (WMS) across four key distribution centers in Austria, South Africa, and India from 2022 to 2024, PUMA has already established a strong operational foundation across the EMEA and APAC regions. This WMS adoption has effectively simplified warehouse processes, supported scalable logistics execution, and delivered real-time visibility into operations.

Now, with GaliLEA, PUMA is taking a decisive step toward more efficient and user-friendly workflows. The AI assistant leverages cutting-edge technology to facilitate day-to-day decision-making in a fast-paced supply chain environment. GaliLEA, developed by Logistics Reply, enables seamless interaction with WMS systems using both written and spoken natural language. Designed as a modular, microservices-based multi-agent system, it incorporates Generative AI and a central orchestrator called the Agent Space, which coordinates multiple intelligent agents for automated technical support and AI-driven data retrieval.
Warehouse managers and logistics operators can interact with GaliLEA to access critical WMS information or resolve operational challenges. The assistant provides instant solutions for technical issues by referencing historical tickets and even allows users to generate pre-filled support requests when required. Additionally, it facilitates access to specific data, such as shipping order status, and enables the creation of personalized dashboards for easier data visualization.
Thanks to GaliLEA, PUMA has witnessed tangible benefits, including greater user autonomy with less dependency on external support, faster management via instant data access and assisted ticket creation, real-time operational insights for improved decision-making, and smoother logistics workflows that enhance overall system interaction.
