NWN, a leading provider of AI-powered technology solutions, has appointed Mike Qualley as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO) to strengthen operations and drive excellence across the organization. As NWN scales its platform to serve more than 6,000 clients across North America, Qualley will lead efforts to enhance operational efficiency and performance company-wide.
This strategic move comes as NWN continues its strong growth momentum in 2025. The company recently launched AiVA intelligent assistants and Managed DEX, secured a five-year strategic partnership as the Official Technology Infrastructure Partner for the Kraft Group, and completed the acquisition of InterVision Systems to expand its cloud, cybersecurity, and AI capabilities nationwide.
