Logpresso, a prominent cloud-native Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) provider, has successfully raised KRW 16 billion (approximately USD 12 million) in Series B funding as it accelerates its shift toward an AI-driven security agent model. The announcement highlights the company’s ambition to redefine security operations through artificial intelligence while strengthening its global footprint.
During a press conference held at Conrad Seoul, Logpresso revealed details of the funding round and outlined its long-term strategy and product roadmap. Founded in 2013, the company has steadily built a strong reputation in the cloud SIEM market by delivering advanced Security Operations (SecOps) platforms that support cybersecurity monitoring, IT operations, and fraud detection systems (FDS) across a wide range of industries.

Over the years, Logpresso has expanded its reach in both domestic and international markets. As a result, the company launched Logpresso Cloud, its SaaS-based offering, in 2023. Since then, the platform has gained strong trust among enterprise customers as well as fast-growing startups, reinforcing Logpresso’s credibility as a cloud-first security technology provider.
The Series B funding round drew participation from existing investors, including KB Investment, along with new institutional investors. This continued financial backing reflects market confidence in Logpresso’s technical expertise, innovation-driven roadmap, and potential for sustained global growth.
“Logpresso stands out as one of the most advanced players in the shift toward AI-based security operations. Its security platform is purpose-built for the cloud era, and we are confident that this investment will help the company drive AI innovation and quickly prove its competitiveness in global markets.” said Junseok Lee, Director at KB Investment.
With the newly secured capital, Logpresso plans to focus on three core priorities. First, the company will transition its existing solutions into an AI-powered next-generation security agent model. Second, it aims to scale its SaaS business internationally. Finally, Logpresso will accelerate the development of its Extended Detection and Response (XDR) capabilities through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
“This funding enables us to fully embrace an AI agent–centric security model where artificial intelligence is integrated across all stages of security operations,” said Bongyeol Yang, CEO of Logpresso.
He added, “We will consolidate our battle-tested products into a unified XDR platform, and redesign it around AI to automate the entire process from threat hunting to incident response maximizing detection performance and operational efficiency.”

Meanwhile, Logpresso is actively preparing for global market expansion, beginning with deeper partnerships in Japan. The company believes its proven technology and cloud-native architecture position it well to compete in fast-growing international markets.
“Japan’s SIEM market is valued at approximately KRW 350 billion and is growing at a CAGR of 22%. We are well-positioned to enter the market rapidly with a globally optimized SaaS product and are preparing accordingly.” said Dong-Eon Goo, Chief Business Officer of Logpresso.
In parallel, Logpresso plans to pursue strategic M&A opportunities and technical collaborations to enhance its security portfolio and speed up global business development. Through these efforts, the company aims to strengthen its competitive edge worldwide.
To date, Logpresso has raised a total of KRW 23 billion (around USD 17 million), including KRW 7 billion from Seed and Series A rounds in 2019 and 2023, followed by the latest Series B funding secured in 2025.
