CoreSite, an American Tower company driving critical business and AI workloads through interconnected data center solutions, has officially completed its newest facility, NY3. Strategically located in Secaucus, New Jersey, within the New York metropolitan area, NY3 adds over 138,000 square feet to CoreSite’s existing New York infrastructure. The facility sits adjacent to the company’s NY2 data center, together forming one of the most scalable and connected data center campuses on the Eastern Seaboard.
With this addition, CoreSite’s New York presence now totals more than 442,000 square feet, spanning NY1 in Manhattan (32 Avenue of the Americas), NY2 in Secaucus (2 Emerson Lane), and the newly launched NY3. The campus offers direct cloud connections to AWS and hosts a diverse ecosystem that enables enterprises including global financial institutions, higher education organizations, and both domestic and international carriers to conduct business securely and efficiently. Through the Open Cloud Exchange (OCX), customers can access all major public cloud providers while leveraging high-count dark fiber interconnections, allowing seamless scaling within CoreSite’s nationwide interconnected portfolio. Additionally, the NY2 and NY3 facilities support advanced liquid cooling solutions, providing enhanced thermal efficiency to accommodate high-performance and AI-driven workloads.
