Atlas Cloud AI, a frontrunner in high-performance artificial intelligence infrastructure, has partnered with NewYork GreenCloud, a Plattsburgh, NY-based sustainable data center provider, to deploy one of the country’s most advanced renewable-powered accelerated computing clusters. This collaboration aims to combine cutting-edge AI performance with environmentally responsible energy solutions.
Under the new agreement, NewYork GreenCloud will host a dedicated cluster comprising 288 HGX B300 systems, equipped with 2,304 NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs, at its renewable biomass-powered facility in Ione, California. This initial investment of approximately $250 million represents the first phase of Atlas Cloud AI’s ambitious $6 billion initiative. The two-year plan intends to establish a network of sustainable AI compute hubs across North America, positioning the companies at the forefront of eco-conscious AI infrastructure.

The partnership outlines a full-scale deployment by February 2026, promising a Tier III Compliant data center with 99.9% uptime, supported by round-the-clock monitoring and maintenance. Each 2CRSi Godì 1.8E2D-NV8 server integrates NVIDIA Quantum-X800 InfiniBand networking, providing 800 Gbps per GPU, along with WEKA high-performance storage and advanced liquid cooling technology. These features ensure maximum computational efficiency while significantly reducing the environmental footprint of AI operations.
