Amplitude, Inc. has introduced a new series of AI-powered analytics agents designed to help companies bridge the growing gap between building software quickly and understanding what to develop next. As AI coding tools from leaders like Anthropic, OpenAI, Cursor, and Lovable make software creation faster than ever, product teams are now facing a different challenge learning what actually works for users before shipping the next feature.
To address this shift, Amplitude’s new AI agents continuously monitor product usage, uncover what’s effective, highlight what’s not, and recommend immediate actions in real time. This marks a major step forward in AI-first behavioral analytics, where insights can turn into decisions within minutes rather than months.

“We’re entering a new era of analytics one where AI can monitor your product around the clock, and free up your team to focus on improving the experience,” said Spenser Skates, co-founder and CEO at Amplitude. “Today, we’re launching the first fully autonomous analytics agent. It’s going to reinvent how product decisions get made.”
As part of the rollout, Amplitude launched a Global Agent along with four specialized AI agents. In addition, the company introduced new MCP updates that integrate behavioral data directly into the platforms people already use, including Anthropic, OpenAI, Cursor, Figma, Lovable, Notion, and GitHub.
The Global Agent allows teams to ask complex questions in plain language and instantly receive detailed answers. It can analyze data, build dashboards, investigate root causes behind metric changes, and explain what’s happening across funnels, experiments, segments, and customer journeys. More importantly, it doesn’t stop at insights it also recommends next steps and can take action directly inside Amplitude.
Meanwhile, four specialized agents handle time-consuming product tasks that often slow teams down:
- Dashboard Monitoring Agent detects metric changes quickly and delivers insights via Slack or email.
- Session Replay Agent reviews user sessions continuously, identifies friction points, and suggests fixes.
- Web Experimentation Agent designs and runs experiments while keeping humans involved in decisions.
- AI Feedback Agent converts unstructured feedback into actionable product insights tied to real behavior.
Unlike AI tools that simply query warehouses, Amplitude’s agents work inside a behavioral analytics system built for deeper context and more accurate recommendations.
The platform also supports multiple workflows, from summarizing user behavior in Claude or ChatGPT to validating product impact in Cursor, improving prototypes in Figma, and enabling personalized outreach through behavioral signals.

Early adopters are already reporting significant improvements.
“Amplitude has helped NTT DOCOMO scale self-serve analytics to more than 1,000 active users and significantly reduce the time required to analyze campaign effectiveness,” said Takashi Suzuki, SVP and GM of the Data Platform Department at NTT DOCOMO. “With Amplitude AI Agents, our teams can streamline analysis directly from existing dashboards, helping us move faster while improving conversion rates and lowering cost per acquisition.”
“Increasing our users required more than just access to data. It required structure and automation,” said Matias Caratti, Product Shipping Supervisor, Mercado Libre. “Dashboards provided a single source of truth, and AI Agents enabled us to find data on our own. We didn’t have to rely on manual reports, and we were provided with automatic insights on funnel performance, countries with the best conversion, and fluctuations in contact rate.”
“Amplitude MCP and Skills bring user insights directly into agent context in Cursor,” said Joshua Ma, Engineering Lead at Cursor. “This allows teams to quickly ship features, measure impact, and build smarter experiments for the next release.”
With these advancements, Amplitude is positioning itself at the center of the next generation of autonomous product analytics, where AI doesn’t just report data it actively drives smarter decisions.
