Palantir Technologies Inc., a global leader in operational AI platforms, has announced a strategic collaboration with Ondas Inc. and World View Enterprises, Inc. to develop next-generation AI-enabled operational capabilities for persistent stratospheric, aerial, and land-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) missions. This partnership builds on Ondas’ recent investment and alliance with World View, positioning the three companies to accelerate the creation of multi-domain ISR systems that leverage AI-driven insights to make faster in-mission decisions than traditional ISR platforms.

World View’s Stratollite platform introduces a groundbreaking sensing capability in the stratosphere, bridging the gap between satellites and aircraft. By delivering long-duration, persistent ISR missions at a fraction of the cost and complexity of conventional assets, it complements Ondas’ autonomous aerial, ground, and counter-drone systems. Together, the companies aim to build a multi-domain intelligence architecture that enhances situational awareness and enables rapid response for defense, homeland security, and allied security clients.

As multi-domain sensing demand rises, scaling these capabilities requires a robust operational software foundation. Palantir’s Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) will support production, mission planning, and edge operations, allowing Ondas’ and World View’s autonomous fleets to communicate across domains and with ground operators. This integration shifts ISR operations from mere data collection to a decision-driven intelligence ecosystem.

“Persistent sensing platforms like World View’s Stratollites and Ondas’ suite of autonomous systems, represent a new frontier in operational intelligence,” said Dr. Alex Karp, co-founder and CEO of Palantir Technologies. “By combining Palantir’s software platforms with World View’s unique stratospheric capabilities and Ondas’ broader autonomous ecosystem, we’re building the operational backbone required to scale these missions.”

The collaboration will focus on three flagship programs. Palantir Warp Speed will create a unified operational data foundation, connecting supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing to streamline production and scale the Stratollite fleet efficiently. AI Flight Director will integrate atmospheric data, telemetry, and historical missions to improve flight planning, response to environmental changes, and mission execution. Finally, SkyWeaver will enable edge computing on Stratollites, processing intelligence closer to operational environments, reducing latency, and supporting unified command even in degraded connectivity conditions.

“Our Stratollite platform unlocks a new layer of persistent sensing between satellites and aircraft,” said Ryan Hartman, CEO of World View. “By working with Palantir, we can integrate advanced software, AI-driven mission operations and edge intelligence directly into the way these platforms are built, deployed and operated.”

“This partnership represents an important step in building a scalable, software-defined ISR architecture capable of supporting the next generation of multi-domain operations,” said Eric Brock, Chairman and CEO of Ondas.

By integrating these initiatives, the companies aim to deliver faster mission planning, more efficient production, and intelligent edge operations, giving defense and critical infrastructure customers persistent sensing capabilities that bridge the gap between satellites and aircraft.
