ServiceNow, widely recognized as the AI control tower for business reinvention, has announced major enhancements to its global Partner Program aimed at accelerating AI agent innovation and partner-led growth. Through this move, the company is reimagining how partners build, commercialize, and scale AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow AI Platform, while also strengthening the ServiceNow Store as a global marketplace for partner-developed AI agents.

At the core of this update is a newly redesigned Build Program, which opens ServiceNow’s ecosystem to a broader range of innovators. As a result, independent software vendors (ISVs), developers, and technology partners can now more easily build, test, certify, and distribute AI solutions. More than 1,000 partners, including AutomatePro and SailPoint, are expected to transition to the revamped program, signaling strong momentum behind this initiative. In addition, ServiceNow introduced a unified partner investment portfolio and a simplified pricing model, both designed to remove friction and make it easier for partners to innovate, differentiate, and monetize their offerings.

Meanwhile, ServiceNow’s partner ecosystem continues to scale globally, now encompassing over 2,700 partners. As enterprises move beyond AI experimentation toward large-scale AI deployment, partners are becoming increasingly critical. They bring specialized expertise, accelerate implementation timelines, and help organizations achieve measurable business outcomes. By expanding and opening its partner ecosystem, ServiceNow is positioning itself to meet rising enterprise demand for AI agents, generative automation, and industry-specific workflow innovation.

“ServiceNow is building a vibrant partner ecosystem for the AI-native future,” said Michael Park, senior vice president, global partnerships and channels at ServiceNow. “By simplifying how partners build on the ServiceNow AI Platform and expanding our commitment to partner co-innovation, we’re making it easier than ever for partners to create differentiated AI-powered solutions. Together, we’re accelerating customer outcomes and unlocking the next chapter of AI value for enterprises around the world.”

Furthermore, the reimagined Build Program introduces a modern tier structure Registered, Select, Premier, and Elite each offering enhanced benefits and new opportunities for visibility in the ServiceNow Store. To encourage early innovation, a new Access Tier allows aspiring and entry-stage partners to begin building immediately, with instant access to tools and resources even before full enrollment. Notably, more than 1,000 existing partners will transition into this redesigned framework by March, creating a unified pipeline of AI innovators.

In parallel, ServiceNow has rolled out an expanded investment strategy for 2026 to support partners across the entire lifecycle. This unified portfolio increases funding for incentives, rewards, and co-marketing programs, helping partners generate demand, close deals faster, and deliver successful deployments. Programs such as the Market Development Fund (MDF), Strategic Investment Fund (SIF), and new sell-through and deployment incentives are aligned with updated partner tiers, ensuring scalable benefits as partners grow.

Importantly, ServiceNow is also simplifying engagement by introducing a single annual global membership fee. This change, driven by direct partner feedback, aims to create a more equitable and transparent structure, allowing partners to focus on innovation rather than administrative complexity.

Industry partners have welcomed these changes. “As ServiceNow expands what’s possible through its enhanced Build Program, we see great opportunity to help customers achieve meaningful success, fast. These programmatic changes underpin the importance of Build Program innovators and support our increased investment in solution development and marketing efforts,” said Paul Chorley, chief executive officer at AutomatePro. “AutomatePro is transforming how organizations innovate with ServiceNow, scaling workflow automation and driving AI productivity to new levels. By replacing manual, repetitive tasks with intelligent insights, we’re redefining what it means to deliver high-quality software at speed to ServiceNow Impact customers.”

Similarly, SailPoint highlighted the importance of secure AI adoption. “Identity becomes the foundation for trust as enterprises move from experimenting with AI to deploying it at scale,” said Matt Mills, president at SailPoint. “ServiceNow’s reimagined Partner Program makes it easier for partners like SailPoint to build and deliver AI agents that are secure by design, deeply integrated into enterprise workflows, and ready to drive real business outcomes. Together, we can help customers accelerate AI adoption while ensuring the right access, for the right users, at the right time.”
