Articles must be:

  • Original and exclusive to AI Technology Insights (and its network). Previously published content is not eligible.
  • Non-promotional. Articles should provide insights without marketing a company, product, or service.
  • Actionable and insightful. Include recommendations, frameworks, or practical guidance—not just high-level commentary.
  • Emerging AI trends, tools, and technologies shaping industries.
  • Deep dives into digital transformation, automation, and innovation in enterprise technology.
  • Analysis of market shifts, early signals of technological change, and future-ready strategies.
  • Best practices and case studies with actionable takeaways.
  • Critical perspectives on ethical AI, data governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory impacts.
  • Use active voice (e.g., “Businesses should adopt…” rather than “It should be adopted…”).
  • Written in American English.
  • Maintain a conversational yet authoritative tone, professional without excessive jargon.
  • AI may assist in research or drafting, but all data, statistics, and references must be verified.
  • The final article must reflect the author’s original insights and expertise.
  • Authors take full responsibility for content accuracy.
  • Word count: 1,000–2,000 words (excluding title, references, and bio). Longer pieces may be developed into series.
  • Introductions: 2–3 paragraphs max; set context and move to insights quickly.
  • Headings/Subheadings: Required for readability.
  • Headline: Clear, engaging, ideally under 8 words / 50 characters.
  • References: Hyperlink directly in-text (preferred) or use superscript numbers with a reference list.
  • Submit articles in editable Microsoft Word format.
  • Define acronyms and abbreviations upon first use.
  • Include charts, graphics, or figures where relevant.
  • High-resolution images (JPEG, PNG, or GIF) only.
  • Authors must obtain copyright permissions.
  • Company logos or promotional imagery are not allowed.
  • Include captions for all images.
  • Articles will be reviewed and edited for clarity, grammar, readability, and style.
  • The editorial team reserves the right to accept or reject submissions.
  • Authors are responsible for the accuracy of statements.
  • Rolling submissions accepted.
  • Deadlines can be agreed upon with the editorial team.
  • Submissions may be abstracts, outlines, or complete drafts.
