Co-founded by Chaitanya NK, Kiran Gutta, and Vineeth Paruchuri, Track3D integrates data from 360° cameras, drones, laser scanners, and LiDAR-enabled smartphones into a unified cloud-based system. Leveraging advanced AI models, the platform converts this data into actionable insights, such as progress tracking, site verification, and performance analytics, all linked directly to images and quantities. Consequently, construction teams gain a transparent and verifiable view of job site performance, streamlining collaboration, reducing disputes, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
From a humble three-member founding team, Track3D has grown to over 130 employees, with its India-based team driving innovations in AI, machine learning, product development, and technology. As the company continues to expand, it offers new opportunities for talent to shape the next generation of AI-powered solutions and redefine construction management.
“Track3D is designed to be AI-first to make Reality Intelligence extremely simple and accessible for a wide variety of projects. By providing owners, general contractors, and trade partners with a shared operating system, we transform raw site data into proactive intelligence, providing certainty, transparency, and accountability at every level. Backed by industry-leading investors like Ironspring and Zacua, our rapid adoption in the US confirms that Track3D is not just a monitoring tool, but the new foundation for operating construction projects,” said Chaitanya NK, Co-Founder and CEO of Track3D.
