Mr. Manning brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, business operations, and asset management across both public and private companies. Over the past eight years, he has successfully developed and monetized over 300MW of high-performance compute infrastructure in the United States and Australia. His track record includes building large-scale compute assets that support AI-driven workloads and enterprise-grade cloud services.

In terms of academic credentials, Mr. Manning holds a Master of Business (Finance) and a Master’s in Property Development from the University of Technology Sydney. He also earned a Bachelor of Accounting from Australian Catholic University. Additionally, he is a Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors (FAICD) and a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA).

Meanwhile, Wolf Schubert will transition to the role of Country Manager – USA, continuing to support Sharon AI’s expansion in the United States and the Asia-Pacific region. Schubert emphasized the strategic timing of the shift, following the company’s recent sale of its interest in Texas Critical Data Centers.
