At the annual ServiceNow São Paulo Summit, ServiceNow, the leading AI platform for business transformation, joined forces with SENAI-SP, Latin America’s largest technical education institution, to introduce a statewide training and certification program. The initiative aims to prepare Brazilians with the critical skills required to excel in an AI-driven economy.
As part of ServiceNow University, the program will integrate localized Portuguese-language content, instructor-led courses, hands-on labs, and real-world case studies. Through this approach, students will acquire practical expertise in AI, digital workflow automation, and low-code/no-code development. In addition, the program offers certification pathways and job readiness support, ensuring that learning directly translates into meaningful employment opportunities.

To maximize its impact, the program is fully localized with content tailored to Brazil’s job market. Serving over 1 million learners each year, SENAI-SP will use its deep roots in local communities to make sure opportunities reach as many people as possible. The focus will be on youth apprentices, jobseekers, and career-switchers, offering them new pathways into the digital economy. Building on a successful pilot with over 70% of participants earning certifications the initiative is already showing strong results in helping learners find jobs and is gaining momentum across SENAI-SP units.
Emerson Costa Santos, Director of the SENAI-SP Information Technology Unit, highlighted the value of the collaboration, saying, “Preparing professionals for the challenges of the digital economy requires foresight and strong industry ties. By integrating ServiceNow’s AI Platform into our training ecosystem, we are giving students a competitive edge aligned with Industry 4.0.”
Through this strategic partnership, ServiceNow and SENAI-SP are not only building a skilled workforce but also shaping Brazil’s future in the global digital economy.
