Lea 1.0 is a platform that automates complex group hotel reservation requests for travel agencies and corporate customers using AI. Lea 1.0 not only handles direct reservations for small groups, but also handles customized group requests through AI, and the entire process is completely automated without human intervention. Above all, it is characterized by the fact that large-scale multi-hotel quotes and reservations can be completed in just a few minutes, drastically shortening the process that previously took several days.
At ITB Berlin, Ria presented a live demo of the Ria AI engine handling a real-time mass booking scenario. Attendees were impressed by the intuitive interface, seamless integration, and the AI’s ability to respond in real time to diverse customer needs, such as corporate events, MICE bookings, and incentive groups.
Riad’s successful debut at ITB Berlin demonstrates the rapidly growing interest and demand for AI-based solutions in the travel industry. With group travel operations becoming increasingly complex, Riad 1.0 is expected to lead the market with its overwhelming speed, accuracy, and automation.
