Most recently, he served as Director of Customer Success at Agility Robotics, where he led the deployment of humanoid robots into active industrial and commercial environments. During his tenure, he worked closely with global enterprise customers and helped expand operational systems to support rapid company growth.

Now, at Realbotix, Olsen will oversee U.S. operations with a sharp focus on manufacturing readiness, operational execution, customer deployments, and commercial scale-up. During his military career, he led complex joint operations involving autonomous and semi-autonomous systems, remote assets, and advanced technologies across tactical and strategic commands. This background equips him with a unique blend of technical and operational leadership in mission-critical environments.
