Realbotix Corp., a recognized innovator in AI-powered humanoid robotics, has strengthened its executive leadership team by appointing Eric Olsen as Chief Operating Officer of Realbotix LLC, its U.S.-based operating subsidiary in Nevada. At the same time, Matt McMullen has transitioned into the role of Chief Creative Officer, reinforcing the company’s strategic focus on operational excellence and creative product evolution.

With this move, Realbotix signals its commitment to accelerating commercialization and scaling its humanoid robotics platforms across the United States. Notably, Eric Olsen brings extensive operational expertise spanning robotics, industrial automation, and enterprise-level execution. Most recently, he served as Director of Customer Success at Agility Robotics, where he led the deployment of humanoid robots into active industrial and commercial environments. During his tenure, he worked closely with global enterprise customers and helped expand operational systems to support rapid company growth.

Now, at Realbotix, Olsen will oversee U.S. operations with a sharp focus on manufacturing readiness, operational execution, customer deployments, and commercial scale-up. As demand grows for AI-driven humanoid solutions, his leadership is expected to streamline processes and enhance enterprise adoption strategies.

“Eric brings a rare combination of operational discipline, robotics commercialization experience, and leadership in high-stakes environments,” said Andrew Kiguel, Chief Executive Officer of Realbotix. “His experience scaling real-world robotics and deployments will be instrumental as we grow Realbotix’s U.S. operations and advance toward broader market adoption.”

Earlier in his career, Olsen held senior leadership roles at Toyota Tsusho America, where he supported industrial automation initiatives. In addition, he served in the United States Navy and retired as a Command Master Chief. During his military career, he led complex joint operations involving autonomous and semi-autonomous systems, remote assets, and advanced technologies across tactical and strategic commands. This background equips him with a unique blend of technical and operational leadership in mission-critical environments.

Importantly, Olsen’s leadership philosophy centers on respect for people, continuous improvement, safety-first deployments, lean operations, and enterprise strategy execution. These principles closely align with Realbotix’s mission to deliver scalable, human-centric robotic solutions responsibly and reliably.

Furthermore, the company granted Olsen 300,000 stock options at C$0.33 per share. These options will vest monthly over three years, beginning one month after the grant date, and will expire five years from issuance.

Overall, this strategic appointment positions Realbotix to strengthen its U.S. footprint, accelerate commercialization efforts, and expand its AI-powered humanoid robotics platform across domestic and global markets.
