Ramen VR has officially announced that Aura, its AI assistant and agent for Epic Games’ Unreal Engine, will launch on January 2, 2026. Initially, access will remain invite-only as the company gradually expands availability. To welcome new users, Ramen VR is offering a two-week free trial for all early adopter.

To coincide with the launch, Ramen VR released a case study highlighting Aura’s impact on game production. The study showcases award-winning VR studio Sinn Studio, which leveraged Aura to halve production time and release their game Zombonks in early access in just five months. Sinn Studio now joins over a dozen design partners worldwide already using Aura to develop major Unreal Engine titles.

“Aura and I rapidly iterated to meticulously craft a vision for the game,” said Alek Sinn, CEO of Sinn Studio. “We make VR games, so coming up with an idea and then seeing it come to life in 3D just a few minutes later was game-changing for me.”

The benefits are tangible. “Given our new game’s retro style, Aura sped up our asset sourcing pipeline for environments by 5X from 2-3 days down to 4-5 hours per level,” Sinn added.

Transforming Game Development in Unreal Engine

Aura introduces the Editor-Use Agent, which bridges the gap between creative vision and execution. Developers can now light entire scenes with dynamic lights, configure post-processing pipelines, and mass-edit thousands of Blueprints through natural conversation with an AI that deeply understands their project.

Additionally, the Coding Agent revolutionizes code generation. It can create, edit, and fix C++ and Blueprint files with full knowledge of Unreal Engine’s source code and project architecture, while self-correcting in real-time.

Aura builds on a solid foundation of Telos-powered Blueprint generation, widely recognized as the most accurate and effective solution on the market. Its deep project understanding adapts to each studio’s unique codebase, while integrated 3D asset creation tools transform concepts into game-ready assets.

What This Means for Developers

Aura empowers small teams to produce extraordinary results. Creative directors can go from concept to prototype in minutes, solo developers can validate thousands of Blueprints in hours, and modest teams can match the output of much larger studios.

“Aura will do for game development what Claude Code and Cursor did for software engineering,” said Andy Tsen, CEO of Ramen VR. “Sinn Studio just proved what’s possible: half the development time, five times the content output. Today talented developers are using Aura to ship games that would have been impossible before.”

With Aura, Ramen VR is reshaping the future of Unreal Engine development, enabling rapid, efficient, and highly creative game production for studios of all sizes.
