Radian Arc, a company under inferX and part of Submer’s cloud GPU and AI infrastructure ecosystem, has strengthened its presence in Southeast Asia by partnering with VNPT and COMIT to introduce a new cloud gaming service in Vietnam. The service operates on Radian Arc’s GPU Edge platform and integrates Blacknut’s global cloud gaming technology, marking a significant step in delivering advanced entertainment and computing services to Vietnamese consumers.
Through this collaboration, the partners aim to bring cloud-based gaming experiences to a wider audience while simultaneously building a foundation for AI-powered infrastructure in the region. The deployment expands the existing global cloud gaming partnership between Radian Arc and Blacknut into the Vietnamese market with the support of VNPT. At the same time, COMIT will play a key role in integrating and supporting the infrastructure required for these services.

Moreover, this initiative demonstrates the commercial potential of Radian Arc’s carrier-embedded GPU model. By combining consumer-facing entertainment services with scalable AI infrastructure, the platform allows telecom operators to monetize GPU-powered capabilities while preparing for advanced AI workloads. This hybrid approach ensures that the same infrastructure supporting gaming today can later power enterprise AI services, government applications, and sovereign AI systems.
“With VNPT’s market reach and Blacknut’s catalog of premium games, we are bringing the next generation of interactive entertainment and computing directly to Vietnam’s 5G users,” said David Cook, CEO of Radian Arc. “Gaming and cloud computing are often the first large-scale consumer applications of GPU Edge infrastructure and create the foundation for more comprehensive AI and enterprise services based on the same sovereign platform.”
In addition, the collaboration expands Blacknut’s mission of making cloud gaming widely accessible. The company continues to work closely with telecom providers to bring high-quality gaming experiences to new markets around the world.
“At Blacknut, we are always excited to work side-by-side with telecom operators to bring gaming and the cloud to new audiences. Expanding into Vietnam with VNPT is an important step for us, and it’s a real pleasure to collaborate with such a strong and progressive partner,” stated Olivier Avaro, CEO of Blacknut. “This launch reflects our shared ambition to make high-quality gaming accessible to everyone, across different devices and without barriers.”
As part of the rollout, VNPT customers will be able to instantly stream and play more than 1,000 premium PC and console-quality games from Blacknut’s curated catalog. Users can access these games on mobile devices, smart TVs, and personal computers without purchasing expensive gaming hardware or downloading large files. Furthermore, the service integrates directly into VNPT’s consumer data plans, allowing customers to access gaming content through their existing connectivity packages.

Beyond entertainment, the partnership also introduces the foundation for Radian Arc’s AI Points of Presence (AI PoPs) in Vietnam. These localized GPU deployments support the company’s AI Sovereign Infrastructure model, which focuses on delivering secure and compliant AI services within national borders. As a result, governments, enterprises, and developers will gain access to powerful AI inference capabilities while ensuring compliance with local data residency requirements and maintaining low-latency performance.
“This collaboration represents a significant milestone for VNPT in expanding Vietnam’s digital media ecosystem,” said Nguyen Duc Hung, director of VNPT. “By combining VNPT’s robust digital media platform with Radian Arc’s GPU-enabled edge and Blacknut’s extensive game catalog, we are empowering Vietnamese consumers with innovative cloud and gaming experiences, while paving the way for future innovation in AI and digital entertainment.”
Meanwhile, COMIT highlighted its role as the integration partner responsible for implementing the advanced GPU infrastructure required for the cloud gaming service.
Mr. Le Hong Son, Chairman and CEO of COMIT, stated: “As we evolve into a next-generation digital company, COMIT is proud to be the integration partner responsible for bringing cloud gaming services powered by the world’s most advanced GPU infrastructure platform to Vietnam. This partnership exemplifies our new vision: to offer users next-generation entertainment experiences today while building a solid technological foundation for a sovereign AI infrastructure and future cloud services.”
Overall, this launch forms part of Radian Arc’s larger expansion strategy across Southeast Asia. The company has already deployed its GPU Edge infrastructure in markets such as India, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia. Through its connection with inferX and Submer, Radian Arc continues to develop a unified AI platform that extends from core data centers to edge computing environments. This infrastructure aims to deliver carrier-grade GPU computing, scalable AI cloud services, and sovereign infrastructure designed to meet regional performance, compliance, and energy efficiency requirements.
