Oracle and Google Cloud have deepened their collaboration, enabling customers to access Google’s cutting-edge AI models, starting with Gemini 2.5, through the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Generative AI service. This expansion allows Oracle customers to leverage the latest Gemini models to create AI agents capable of handling diverse applications, including multimodal understanding, advanced coding and software development, productivity enhancements, workflow automation, and research or knowledge retrieval.

Furthermore, Oracle plans to offer Google’s complete suite of Gemini models via OCI Generative AI service. Through upcoming integrations with Vertex AI, customers will gain access to next-generation models for video, image, speech, and music generation, as well as industry-specific models such as MedLM. Looking ahead, Oracle and Google Cloud aim to integrate Gemini models into Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. This integration will provide enterprises with enhanced flexibility to improve workflows across finance, HR, supply chain, sales, service, and marketing. Customers can use their existing Oracle Universal Credits to start working with Google’s Gemini models right away, making adoption both seamless and cost-effective.
