Nota AI, led by CEO Myungsu Chae, has taken a major step forward in the AI semiconductor space by signing a technology supply contract with FuriosaAI. Through this agreement, Nota AI will provide its powerful AI model optimization platform, NetsPresso, for FuriosaAI’s flagship next-generation chip, RNGD (pronounced “Renegade”).
This partnership highlights how NetsPresso is no longer limited to supporting only low-spec or edge devices. Instead, it is now proving its value in high-performance computing infrastructure, including AI servers and data centers. NetsPresso helps reduce AI model sizes by as much as 90% while maintaining accuracy, allowing enterprises to deploy optimized AI models that match specific hardware requirements more efficiently.

With this contract in place, Nota AI’s advanced optimization technology will directly enhance the inference performance of RNGD. As a result, FuriosaAI expects faster, more stable execution of large-scale AI workloads, which is increasingly important for industrial AI and enterprise-level data center operations.
Moreover, this collaboration enables Nota AI to expand its commercialization reach. Previously focused on mobile, PC, and automotive application processors, the company is now entering the AI server and data center semiconductor market. Consequently, Nota AI is strengthening its position across the broader AI optimization industry.
In addition to the supply deal, both companies also agreed to form a strategic partnership built around Nota Vision Agent (NVA), Nota AI’s vision AI solution. This agreement follows a technical cooperation MOU signed last November. Now, with a definitive contract and a joint business model, the partnership becomes much more concrete, spanning everything from R&D to full-scale commercialization.
