Enterprises across the United States are increasingly collaborating with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its extensive partner ecosystem to accelerate cloud modernization and expand their use of artificial intelligence (AI). A new report from Information Services Group (ISG), a global technology research and advisory firm, highlights how this rapid transformation is reshaping enterprise IT landscapes nationwide.
According to the 2025 ISG Provider Lens AWS Ecosystem Partners report for the U.S., the country’s cloud and AI adoption has entered a decisive growth phase. Companies are no longer experimenting with AI; instead, they are scaling deployments and reconfiguring cloud consumption to meet the rising business demand for AI-driven solutions. As enterprises embrace multicloud architectures and complex, production-ready AI systems faster than most global regions, AWS continues to hold its position as the preferred cloud provider.

“The U.S. market has entered a decisive phase in cloud and AI adoption,” said Anay Nawathe, ISG’s cloud delivery lead for the Americas. “Leading enterprises are no longer experimenting but scaling up their use of AI agents and transforming their cloud consumption patterns to align with growing business demand for AI.”
ISG notes that many U.S. companies have advanced from pilot programs using AWS’ Nova GenAI model to full-scale production. These enterprises are integrating orchestration and observation tools across multiple software platforms, while AWS ecosystem partners are creating proprietary systems to manage complex AI agent environments. Major U.S. corporations are also signing large-scale agreements to implement agentic AI frameworks, underscoring their confidence in AI’s transformative potential.
Moreover, organizations are pursuing large-scale cloud transformations to optimize costs and meet existing commitments with hyperscalers. Service providers are playing a crucial role by accelerating migration, modernizing workloads, and even assisting clients in renegotiating contracts to achieve better financial and operational outcomes. Simultaneously, enterprises are adopting multicloud strategies to enhance flexibility, reduce vendor lock-in, and improve AI performance. This trend is driving new demand for post-migration services, including architecture reviews and performance optimization.

“The U.S. cloud market and the AWS ecosystem are moving beyond basic provision of infrastructure,” said Tapati Bandopadhyay, lead author of the report. “Enterprises and providers alike are driving toward constant innovation and holistic digital transformations enabled by AI.”
Additionally, the report emphasizes a surge in contextual AI use cases, alongside growing attention to cloud governance, cost management, and security compliance. ISG evaluated 45 providers across four key quadrants AWS Professional Services, Managed Services, Enterprise Data Modernization & AI, and SAP Workloads.
Notably, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Deloitte, HCLTech, PwC, Rackspace Technology, TCS, Tech Mahindra, and Wipro emerged as leaders in all four quadrants. Meanwhile, LTIMindtree stood out as the global ISG CX Star Performer for 2025, achieving the highest customer satisfaction in ISG’s Voice of the Customer survey.
Overall, the ISG report underscores that U.S. enterprises are not just adopting AI they are operationalizing it at scale, with AWS and its partners serving as the backbone of this transformative digital shift.
