In this survey, four of the five evaluation items were highly rated: “performance/function,” “reliability,” “operability/manageability,” and “support.”

This product has a brand-new architecture to achieve high reliability, efficiency, and environmental friendliness, while also improving ease of use and addressing customer challenges.

Survey Summary

The Customer Satisfaction Survey assesses computer-using companies’ satisfaction with IT vendors that provide system development, operation services, and hardware/software products, such as PC servers and ERP. The survey was planned and conducted by Nikkei Computer, a comprehensive IT magazine published by Nikkei BP. The survey and tabulation were conducted by Nikkei BP Consulting.

The survey targeted the information systems departments of 12,122 companies, groups, and organizations nationwide. Questionnaires were mailed to information system department managers at companies listed on stock exchanges nationwide, including emerging markets, unlisted companies with annual sales of 20 billion yen or more, and local governments (prefectures, cities, wards, and towns), excluding government offices (central government offices) and villages.
