“By deepening our collaboration with AWS, we’re enabling enterprises to move faster and with greater confidence as they build and modernize their voice applications,” said Scott Stephenson, CEO and co-founder of Deepgram.
Already, innovative startups and Fortune 100 enterprises are leveraging Deepgram and AWS to transform customer engagement. For example, a Fortune 20 healthcare company is using Deepgram’s speech models on secure AWS infrastructure to upgrade its contact center leading to quicker, more personalized support for its customers.
As a Generative AI Competency Partner and long-time member of the AWS Partner Network (APN), Deepgram offers a comprehensive voice AI platform that includes speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and even speech-to-speech capabilities. Its Dedicated deployment and EU endpoints operate entirely on AWS, ensuring global compliance, security, and data residency standards.
Deepgram’s integration with AWS makes it easy for customers to deploy on Amazon EKS for container orchestration, securely store data with Amazon S3, and manage containers using Amazon ECR. Enterprises can easily connect Deepgram’s APIs with other services like Amazon Bedrock using tools like Amazon API Gateway and AWS Lambda. And in the near future, Deepgram plans to broaden its support for platforms like Amazon SageMaker and Bedrock, making it even easier to deploy and scale AI models.
“Whether it’s real-time transcription in financial services or voice AI agents in customer support, Deepgram infrastructure gives developers the tools to build accurate, scalable voice experiences from the ground up,” Stephenson added.

The partnership also enhances Amazon Connect integrations, bringing best-in-class transcription and automation to contact centers. “Enterprise customers have been clear about their need for voice AI that integrates seamlessly with their existing technology investments,” said Jon Jones, Vice President of AWS Startups and Venture Capital. “Our deepened collaboration with Deepgram means customers can deploy voice capabilities within their AWS environments.”
Enterprises can now easily access Deepgram through AWS Marketplace, enabling usage-based pricing, unified billing, and rapid deployment. Highlighting the value, Robby Grossman, VP of Engineering at Wistia, shared, “By leveraging Deepgram in AWS Marketplace, we avoided the need for direct licensing and self-provisioning, which helped us sidestep operational inefficiencies.”
With this strategic partnership, Deepgram and AWS are setting the stage for faster innovation, simplified adoption, and next-generation voice AI experiences at scale.
