Prior to this, as Interim CRO at Spring Health, I led a transformation that doubled ARR and revenue in 2023, closed multiple 8-figure ACV deals with Fortune 500 firms, scaled the team past 1,000 employees, rebuilt the leadership team, and redesigned the GTM strategy. Previously, I served as President at Elastic, where I helped grow revenue from $500M to over $1B, and as CEO of Kinetica, an AI and advanced analytics company.
