The 2025 ISG Provider Lens Global Future of Work Solutions report highlights that companies are increasingly deploying AI-enabled workplace platforms to support hybrid work, foster collaboration, and strengthen endpoint management. Enterprises are moving AI initiatives from pilot experimentation to full integration, seeking tangible improvements in productivity, resilience, and compliance.

The report emphasizes that enterprise IT leaders are focusing on autonomous operations, real-time observability, and employee-centric design. This strategic focus ensures organizations can maintain both productivity and resilience in distributed work environments. Moreover, endpoint security and device management are increasingly embedded within unified workplace platforms, providing better control and more consistent outcomes.
The digital employee experience (DEX) market is witnessing rapid growth, driven by demand for proactive IT management, sentiment analytics, and sustainable infrastructure. Enterprises are increasingly adopting platforms that integrate predictive analytics, real-time feedback, and automated response capabilities. These solutions enable organizations to monitor experience-level agreements, optimize IT support, and deliver reliable performance across hybrid workplaces.

Looking ahead to 2026, ISG predicts that AI workplace initiatives will transition from pilot projects to full-scale deployments. Simultaneously, enterprises are addressing challenges from shadow AI, including security and compliance risks, by implementing responsible AI training programs and governance frameworks.

ISG’s 2025 Provider Lens Future of Work Solutions report evaluates 25 providers across Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Solutions and AI-enabled Digital Workplace Solutions. The report names ControlUp, Lakeside Software, ManageEngine, Nexthink, Riverbed, and TeamViewer-1E as Leaders in two quadrants each, while Microsoft, ServiceNow, and Tanium lead in one quadrant each.
