Unbabel’s innovation is powered by its proprietary language model, TowerLLM. Unlike general-purpose large language models, TowerLLM was designed specifically for translation and trained on years of specialized data. This purpose-built approach enables higher accuracy and adaptability, allowing it to outperform broader AI systems. In addition, Unbabel created COMET, now considered the industry’s gold standard for evaluating translation quality.
Integrating TowerLLM and COMET into TransPerfect’s GlobalLink technology suite positions the company to deliver even greater value to global enterprises.
