The two companies will jointly advance the “CM AI Dual Engine Project,” leveraging NVIDIA AI technology to implement solutions across multiple areas, including quality inspection, digital simulation, and enterprise-level intelligent agent systems, to achieve dual-axis transformation in manufacturing quality and operational efficiency.

As a core technical partner in the initial stages of the AI Factory project, Chien Technology implemented the NVIDIA Metropolis platform on Cooler Master’s production lines, integrating NVIDIA TAO and its AutoML automated modeling capabilities to rapidly build and optimize high-precision AOI defect detection models. These models were deployed on the production line using NVIDIA Dynamo-Triton, enabling real-time inspection of over 20,000 to 40,000 products per month, covering high-value series such as the NVIDIA GB200, NVIDIA GB300, and NVIDIA Hopper. This significantly improved the accuracy and consistency of the final inspection phase, providing solid quality assurance for Cooler Master’s high-end cooling products.

To support Cooler Master’s smart manufacturing vision, Chien Technology simultaneously launched a Digital Twin modeling project. Using the NVIDIA Omniverse suite, they built highly realistic equipment models to simulate workstation configurations and production processes. This “real-to-simulation” approach mitigated actual deployment risks and laid the data and scenario foundation for the subsequent implementation of Agentic AI.
